Re-Fresh Yourself – Wellbeing activities for CSM students and staff

From Tuesday 21 – Thursday 23 November, a series of free wellbeing activities including yoga, tai chi and pilates taster sessions will take place at CSM, organised by the college in collaboration with Arts SU.

As we reach the eighth week of term, some of our students and staff may be feeling stressed or fatigued. These free activities are designed to help you relax and unwind, and to help maintain a healthy work/life balance 🙂

There’s no need to book, simply turn up and join in!

On Thursday afternoon, we’ll also be running a Re-Fresh Marketplace of stalls for students, promoting the mental and physical wellbeing services on offer at UAL and Arts SU. Stalls include sexual health charity Brook, SU Advice Service, Arts Active, counselling, health advice and chaplaincy, disability and dyslexia services, and academic support.

We look forward to seeing you there for some much needed rejuvenation of body and mind!
